The 2024 SEC Baseball Tournament has begun, and there will be games happening all week. Fans can currently get tickets for any game they want to see by heading to numerous websites, including: Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, and StubHub.
The Hoover Met is a great stadium to visit, and the tickets for this week’s games are extremely affordable. Some of the ticket prices are less than 20$, and each ticket will allow fans to see a full session of two games. Since the first round single elimination games have concluded, the tournament has started its double elimination format. This will give fans at least two chances to watch their favorite teams compete at the Hoover Met, as finding extra time in the middle of the week can be challenging. However, it is important to note that the SEC Tournament will shift back to single elimination games during the semifinals on Saturday. So, some teams may not get the chance to lose one game and still compete in the tournament.
The opening round of the SEC Tournament yesterday was interesting, as there have already been some upsets. #11 LSU was able to win 9-1 over #6 Georgia in the tournament’s opening game, and #10 South Carolina followed up with a 10-5 win over #7 Alabama.
