If you are studying in a CBSE-affiliated school and are gearing up for Boards in a couple of years, we have news for you. According to the Ministry of Education, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting the Board Exams twice in one year, from the academic session 2025-26. CBSE To Conduct Board Exams Twice A Year
As mentioned earlier, the Central Board of Secondary Education is preparing to conduct Board Exams twice, in one academic session from 2025. According to a News18 Report, the Ministry of Education has asked the Board to work out logistics to conduct the Boards twice in a year. The report has also quoted a source according to whom, consultations with school principals will be held by CBSE and the Education Ministry from next month, to get this going.
Education Ministry Directs CBSE To Work On Logistics
According to the source in the News18 Report, “The ministry has asked the CBSE to work on the logistics of how will board exams be conducted twice a year. The board is working out the modalities and a consultation will be organised next month with school principals.” Working on preparing the academic calendar with two Board Exams is also under consideration. It has also been made clear that the semester system is not going to be implemented as of now.
CBSE Board Results 2024 Date And Time
In another news, CBSE students who appeared for the Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams this year, are eagerly awaiting the results. While there is no official notification regarding the CBSE Board Class 10 Class 12 Results 2024 Date and Time, but according to various reports, it may be in the first week of May. Once declared, students will be able to check their results on the official websites – cbse.nic.in and results.cbse.nic.in. SMS, Digilocker, the Pariksha Sangam Portal, or the UMANG application are also platforms from where the Board Results can be obtained.
