Sean Strickland continues to vent his frustration on wanting to run things back with Dricus Du Plessis.

Strickland lost his middleweight title to Du Plessis in a tightly contested split decision at UFC 297, which took place January in Toronto. Du Plessis is currently linked to a title defense against Israel Adesanya, the man Strickland dethroned to become champion at UFC 293.

But Strickland (28-6 MMA, 15-6 UFC) thinks he was robbed against Du Plessis (21-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC), and demands an immediate rematch. He theorizes that the UFC won’t want to give him one due to his no-filter, outspoken nature. UFC CEO Dana White also dubbed the recently booked matchup between Khamzat Chimaev and Robert Whittaker as a No. 1 contender bout.
