Earlier the CEE Kerala had announced that the KEAM 2024 exams are scheduled to take place between June 1, 2024 and June 9, 2024.Here are the tentative key dates-
KEAM 2024 Eligibility
Candidates for admission through KEAM 2024 must have at least 45% in their Class 12 subjects and in the aggregate. Class 12 marks are very important in the KEAM examination process. The KEAM ranks are determined using a 50:50 formula, which gives equal weight to the KEAM score and the aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from the 12th grade. This ensures a fair assessment of the candidates’ academic performance as well as their KEAM exam performance.
KEAM 2024 Result and Admission Criteria
For engineering degrees, the KEAM results in 2024 will be determined based on the entrance examination scores as well as the marks obtained in physics, mathematics, and chemistry subjects in the Class 12 board exam or equivalent qualifying exam. The evaluation will consider both the KEAM entrance exam and Class 12 board exam grades, with a weightage of 50:50.
The KEAM BPharm rank list will be generated using index marks calculated from the physics and chemistry portions of the engineering entrance exam. Admission to MBBS and other medical courses will be subject to the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024).
