NEET SS 2023 Counselling: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will open the registration window for the special round of NEET SS 2023 counselling. The Committee will begin the registration facility from February 5 to 7:00 PM of February 6, 2024. However, the payment facility will close by 11:55 PM of February 6, 2024. According to the Counselling schedule, the Committee will conduct the choice-filling procedure from February 5 to February 7, 2024(8:00 AM). Check the detailed schedule below:-

The choice locking facility will be available from 08:00 PM of February 6 upto 08:00 A.M of February 7, 2024. The seat processing will be conducted from February 7 to 8, 2024. MCC will announce the NEET SS 2023 Counselling Special Round Result on February 9. Selected candidates can report to the allotted medical college between February 10 to February 15, 2024.

“Since it is online allotment (Online Counselling) process, no documents will be required for participating in online allotment process. However, you are required to carry OriginalCertificates/Documents at time of Reporting for Admission against the allotted seat. Without original Certificate/Documents candidates will not be allowed or admission at the time of reporting,” MCC said.

What documents are required at the time of joining in allotted Medical College?

Original documents required at the time of joining in allotted Medical College are as mentioned below:

  • Provisional Allotment Letter issued by MCC
  • Admit Card issued by NBE
  • Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE
  • MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
  • MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate in the concerned Specialty.
  • Permanent Registration Certificate of MBBS/MS/DNB issued by MCI or NBE/State Medical Council. Students who have completed/are completing postgraduation by 30th September, 2023 are eligible to apply with provisional certificate.
  • High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date or birth.
  • Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET SS: i.e., PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card). in allotted Medical College.
  • Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “Candidates original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical College.

NEET SS 2023 Counselling Special Round: How to Register?

  • Visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. Click on Super Speciality tab.
  • Login into your account. Fill in your choices accordingly.
  • Upload the documents, if any.  Pay the application fee, if any.
  • Now submit the application form and download a copy of it for future reference.

Application for NEET-SS Counselling can only be submitted online through Medical Counselling Committee website www.mcc.nic.in. Application submitted through any other mode shall be summarily rejected. For more details, refer to the official website of MCC.
