NEET PG 2024 Preponed; Now to Be Held on June 23

NEET PG 2024 Exam Date Changed: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Science(NBEMS), New Delhi has revised the NEET PG 2024 exam date. As per the calendar, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-PG will now be held on June 23, 2024. As per the official notice dated January 9, 2024, the NEET-PG 2024 was scheduled to be conducted on July 7. In order words, the NEET PG 2024 examination will be conducted 14 days earlier than initially scheduled. Check the tentative schedule below:-

  • FNB Exit Examination 2023 April/May 2024
  • NBEMS Diploma Practical Examination – Dec 2023 April/May 2024
  • DNB/DrNB Final Theory Examinations – May 2024 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th May 2024
  • Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2024 8th June 2024
  • NBEMS Diploma Final Examination – June 2024 14th, 15th and 16th June 2024
  • NEET-PG 2024:23rd June 2024
  • FMGE June 2024: 6th July 2024
  • DNB Post Diploma CET (PDCET) 2024 21st July 2024
  • Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination (DPEE) – October 2024 5th and 6th October 2024

“The candidates are advised to check the exact dates of examinations from the Information Bulletins/ NBEMS website as the above dates are tentative and subject to approvals & confirmations,” reads the official notice. The NBEMS Diploma Final Examination – June 2024 will be held on June 14, 15, and 16, 2024.

NBEMS FMGE Exam Postponed to July 6

The FMGE June 2024 examination will be held on July 6. Earlier, the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination was scheduled to be held on June 30. The FMGE-Screening Test has been introduced through Screening Test
Regulations 2002. As per the regulations, “An Indian citizen/Overseas citizen of India possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or
permanent registration with Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15.03.2002 shall have to qualify a screening test conducted by the prescribed authority for that purpose as per the provisions of section 13 of the Act.
