KUALA LUMPUR: Pantech Group Holdings Bhd is considering listing Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries Sdn Bhd and Pantech Steel Industries Sdn Bhd on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia via a special purpose vehicle (SPV).
“The board wishes to highlight that the proposed listing is still in its preliminarily stage, where extensive preparatory work is required to be carried out. Therefore, the details in relation to the proposed listing have yet to be determined at this stage,” Pantech said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
It added that the proposed listing is also subject to approvals being obtained from the relevant authorities and shareholders of Pantech.
“It is essential for shareholders to note that the proposed listing may or may not realise as there is no guarantee that the required approvals would be obtained or the proposed listing will proceed,” Pantech said.
