UPPSC RO, ARO Admit Card 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced that the admit cards for the Review Officer (RO)/Assistant Review Officer (ARO-2023) preliminary examination will be available for download from February 2, 2024. Candidates can access their admit cards at https://uppsc.up.nic.in.
The UP RO ARO recruitment exam is scheduled for February 11, with two shifts from 9:30 to 11:30 am and 2:30 to 3:30 pm.A staggering 1,069,725 candidates have applied for the exam, vying for 411 RO/ARO posts. Remarkably, 2,603 candidates are competing for a single post, reflecting intense competition.
The Commission, which advertised the recruitment on October 9, 2023, extended the application deadline to November 24, having initially set it for November 9. Examination centres have been finalized, and preparations, including the appointment of static and sector magistrates and supervisors, are underway. The release of the final list of centres is expected in early February. Stringent security measures, including Section 144 implementation and thorough candidate inspections, will be in place. The exam centres will be under constant CCTV surveillance.
Among the 334 RO posts, 322 are in the Uttar Pradesh Secretariat, nine in the Public Service Commission, and three in the Revenue Council. The preliminary exam results will declare candidates 15 times the number of vacancies eligible for the main examination. The preliminary exam will be conducted across 40 districts in the state.
