Who Is Daniel Booko? ‘The Valley’ Star Appeared In ‘Hannah Montana’ And ‘iCarly’

We already know Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute. But The Valley introduces another familiar face to the group: Daniel Booko, an actor who appeared in iconic Nickelodeon and Disney Channel shows.

Daniel is married to model Nia Booko, who won the Miss USA title in 2014. Together they are parents to one toddler and twin newborns. “One kid is one kid. Two kids is five kids. Three kids is 9,476 kids and a donkey,” Daniel jokes in his confessional.

While these days he is taking the fatherhood (and reality TV) world by storm, keen-eyed Millennials, Zillennials and Gen Zers might recognize him from some of their favorite shows growing up.

“I’ve been a professional working actor for 18 years,” he explains. “Most people recognize me from iCarly, Hannah Montana. More recently, they’ll know me for doing voice-over for things like The Walking Dead.

Daniel’s first television credit is for a 2005 episode of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody in which he played a rich guy who dated London Tipton (Brenda Song). Just two years later, he guest-starred as Stavros in the Season 1 Hannah Montana episode titled “My Boyfriend’s Jackson and There’s Gonna Be Trouble.” He later reunited with Jason Earles, who played Miley Cyrus‘ onscreen brother Jackson, for a 2012 episode of Disney XD’s Kickin’ It.

But Daniel wasn’t only confined to Disney Channel. In 2011, he played a “dangerously stupid” intern that Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and Sam (Jennette McCurdy) hired solely based on his attractive looks in a Season 3 episode of Nickelodeon’s iCarly. He was also featured in episodes of The O.C., Desperate Housewives and The Goldbergs.

When it comes to the big screen, Daniel is credited with small parts in movies like Bratz: The Movie, 21 & Over and American Pie Presents: Band Camp.

Now, he’s adding a main role to his filmography as he takes on the Bravoverse in the highly anticipated Vanderpump Rules spinoff The Valley.

The show airs on Tuesday nights on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the following day on Peacock.
